Each clinician at eluceo is an independent practitioner and fees differ between each service and clinician.

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the different options and reach out if you need further clarification.

Please note, medicare rebates are subject to meeting the criteria and are subject to change each July 1st.

  • Mind-Body Medicine

    Onboarding, four session series: $2480 (paid in four instalments)

    • Estimated Medicare rebate per session: $207.90 ($831.60 total)

    Telehealth appointments: Different Medicare rebate applies

    Sex Therapy for Individuals

    Initial appointment (80 minutes): $620

    • Estimated Medicare rebate: $207.90

    Ongoing appointments (60 minutes): $410

    Estimated Medicare rebate: $207.90

    Estimated Duration:

    • Short-term issues: 10 sessions

    • Long-term issues: 20 sessions

    • Very complex issues: 40 sessions

    Telehealth appointments: Different Medicare rebate applies

    Sex and/or Relationship Therapy for Couples

    Initial appointment (80 minutes): $620

    • Estimated Medicare rebate: $140.70

    Individual intake per person (60 minutes): $410

    • Estimated Medicare rebate: $202.65

    Second appointment (80 minutes): $620

    • Estimated Medicare rebate: $140.70

    Ongoing appointments (80 minutes): $620

    • Estimated Minimum Medicare rebate: $140.70

    Telehealth appointments: no rebates apply for couples sessions.

    Doctor’s Health and Wellbeing

    $590/hr + GST (if applicable)

    Telehealth Medicare Rebates (fees as per services above)

    Rebates are available if any of the following are valid:

    1) There is a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) with a GP referral (estimated rebate $158.90)

    OR

    2) The consultation is for a sexual or reproductive health issue (estimated rebate $128.35)

    OR

    3) The person has an established in-person clinical relationship with Dr Ashlea (estimated rebate $207.90)

  • Initial Appointment

    • Duration: 90 minutes

    • Fee: $260

    Ongoing Appointments

    • 30 minutes: $110

    • 45 minutes: $130

    • 60 minutes: $160

    • 90 minutes: $230

    Medicare Rebates

    If you are seeing Rebecca under a GP care plan, EDP (Eating Disorder Plan) or CCMP (Chronic Condition Management Plan) you will receive an estimated Medicare rebate of $60.35.

    For budgeting purposes, please allow for at least 5 sessions conducted fortnightly as per your care plan or by a case by case review.

    Rebated Session Limits

    Each referral pathway has capped sessions eligible for Medicare rebates.

    EDP (Eating Disorder Plan): Up to 20 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year

    CCMP (Chronic Condition Management Plan): Up to 5 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year

    Health Fund Rebate

    Rebecca is a Medicare approved provider; this means you are eligible for a private health fund rebate after seeing her if you have the appropriate level of cover with your private health insurer. Please check with your health fund for further information.
